5 years in quantitative pricing/financial analysis
Proficiency in an object-oriented language like Java, C++, C# or similar; together with exposure to SQL
Demonstrated ability to create analytics frameworks in statistical packages like Python, R, or similar
A deep understanding of machine learning techniques and experience applying them to solve business problems
Experience with reinforcement learning for pricing optimization, decision-making, and consumer behavior modeling
Demonstrated ability to frame complex problems, select appropriate research/analytical methods, implement solutions, and present findings effectively
Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team
