How you will create an impact: Lead project workstreams or entire projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client impact, and timely execution Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and guiding them through complex business challenges Drive the development of strategic recommendations based on data analysis, market insights, and customer understanding Translate complex analyses into clear, structured, and compelling client presentations and deliverables Have an impact on our clients’ business success as well as on shaping the future of healthcare for our society Collaborate with team members to develop and assess strategic options via targeted business and market insights Carry out competitive and benchmarking analyses and evaluations Contribute to internal knowledge building and support the development of best practices across projects Play an active role in shaping project direction and problem-solving approaches in dynamic and fast-paced environments Your profile: 2–5 years of professional experience in consulting, ideally with exposure to Pharma/Life Sciences, or relevant experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry Exceptional academic achievements in a Bachelor's, Master's, or doctoral program in fields such as business, economics, engineering or pharmaceutical-related fields, such as pharmacy or sciences (preferred but not required) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse clients on a wide range of challenges Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, curious, and driven, with a sharp and critical mindset Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Fluent in business English (written and spoken) Proficiency in at least one Central and Eastern European (CEE) language, such as Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Croatian, or Ukrainian, is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) EU citizenship or a valid work permit Availability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, with office presence required 3 days per week If you’re interested, and if you’d like to offer your skills and commitment to our international team, then we would be pleased to receive your application.
