How you will create an impact: Work in project teams on a wide range of Healthcare Life Sciences engagements, supporting clients across different products, markets, and business challenges Analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to help identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations Support the preparation of client presentations, financial models, reports, and workshop materials Contribute to client meetings and workshops by preparing materials, capturing insights, and supporting follow-up actions Collaborate closely with project teams to combine strategic thinking with data-driven analysis Bring curiosity, structure, and fresh ideas to help solve complex client challenges Develop your consulting toolkit through hands-on project work, feedback, and training Help create a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone can contribute and grow Your profile: At least 1 year of work experience (including internships or industry placements). Participation in consulting clubs or industry groups during your studies is highly valued Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; a background in business, economics, engineering, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is preferred but not required Clear interest in the Life Sciences industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and strong team orientation Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Fluent in business English (written and spoken) Proficiency in at least one Central and Eastern European (CEE) language, such as Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Croatian, Ukrainian or other CEE language is required Availability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, with office presence required 3 days per week If you’re interested, and if you’d like to offer your skills and commitment to our international team, then we would be pleased to receive your application.
