Experienced Luxury Finance and Insurance Manager

Berglund Luxury Roanoke is seeking an Experienced Luxury Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team in Roanoke, VA. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the finance and insurance (F&I) processes, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our luxury clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive F&I, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle finance and insurance processes with accuracy and professionalism
• Provide expert guidance to customers on finance and insurance products tailored to luxury vehicles
• Maintain thorough knowledge of luxury automotive finance and insurance products and compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to facilitate smooth transactions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Maintain detailed records of all finance and insurance transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior F&I automotive experience is a must - this is not an accounting nor an Insurance sales position
• CDK / Darwin / ELeads experience is preferred but not required
• Luxury / high-line experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivation
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent closing skills are a must
• Valid driver’s license
