Job Description

Colliers is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our growing Ballarat team. This is a key role, offering the opportunity to lead an established Victorian initiative across the sales, listing, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties throughout the Ballarat region.

If you’re currently in residential sales and looking to step away from weekend work, this could be the ideal next move in your career.

What you can expect:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
  • Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areas
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
  • Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
  • Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
  • Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
  • Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.

 

Qualifications

A little about you!

  • You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
