The position is responsible for building the entire sales enablement function from the ground up, supporting a rapidly expanding go-to-market team across account executives, business development representatives, and partnerships. The role combines strategy, execution, and hands-on content creation, with direct influence on revenue performance and sales effectiveness. You will design onboarding programs, define sales methodologies, and establish scalable learning systems in a high-growth, high-accountability environment. Working closely with revenue operations, sales leadership, and product marketing, you will ensure that frontline teams are fully equipped to sell complex financial products.
