Key Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding

Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience

Complete and manage I-9 verification, compliance tracking, and documentation

Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and internal communications
-
Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and other systems
-
Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
-
Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support workforce planning and compliance
-
Support payroll processes by validating employee data and coordinating with payroll
-
Create and deliver internal communications including job postings, announcements, and updates
-
Maintain HR SharePoint content and internal communication platforms
-
Coordinate training sessions, engagement initiatives, and HR-related events
-
Assist with performance management processes and documentation tracking
-
Support employee engagement programs, including recognition initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment laws and policies
-
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and HR support

Qualifications
-
Associate’s degree required (Human Resources or related field preferred)

1–3 years of office experience required; HR experience strongly preferred
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Forms
-
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors highly preferred
-
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
High level of attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Ability to travel between Winston-Salem and Mocksville locations as needed

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform light office duties, including extended sitting or standing

Occasional bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Good manual dexterity for computer-based work

The Details:
Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays from day one, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of your contribution) among others. Hours are 7:30a – 5:30p Monday – Thursday, and 7:30a – 11:30a on Fridays.
