The position plays a critical role in shaping how talent is developed, assessed, and advanced across a global workforce. It combines strategic vision with hands-on transformation of performance management, succession planning, and leadership development capabilities. You will be responsible for building scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled talent systems that strengthen workforce capability and long-term leadership readiness.
