Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Roodepoort, South Africa | On-site
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tijuana. This position plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a professional and efficient recruitment process aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple requisitions, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and referrals to attract qualified talent
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operational teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within recruitment systems
- Perform reference checks and verify candidate information as required
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates to maintain engagement and a positive experience
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire coordination
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization across recruitment channels
Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or related experience
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments is preferred
- Bachelor´s degree in psychology.
Skills & Competencies:
- English proficiency (English B2 level or higher)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Work Conditions
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM SAST
- Availability for occasional weekend support and field recruitment activities, as needed
