Job Description
We are looking for a Security Operations Engineer to support and enhance our internal security systems and infrastructure. This role focuses on identity management, system monitoring, automation, and maintaining secure, high-availability environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft environments (users, groups, roles, conditional access, MFA)
- Administer internal tools and systems used by the security team
- Monitor systems continuously and ensure high availability (uptime)
- Configure and maintain integrations between security platforms
- Handle and resolve technical incidents related to security systems
- Automate repetitive processes using scripts and workflows
- Apply updates, patches, and security configurations
- Collaborate with the security team to improve processes and workflows
- Document procedures, configurations, and system architecture
- Provide internal technical support for security-related tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Telecommunications or similar
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics, IT security or similar fields
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Azure AD / Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as Zero Trust, MFA, SSO, RBAC
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux system administration
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Strong focus on automation, optimization, and efficiency
