Description
The Regional Nurse Director of Jefferson County provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for outpatient medication clinics across an assigned region. This role supports nursing teams, strengthens collaboration across behavioral health programs, and helps ensure high-quality, person-centered care for the individuals and communities we serve. Working closely with program and residential leaders, the Regional Nurse Director plays an important role in advancing clinical excellence, supporting staff development, and promoting wellness throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to outpatient nursing teams across multiple locations
- Collaborate with program leadership to coordinate integrated, person-centered care services
- Support staffing, workflow coordination, and day-to-day medication clinic operations
- Ensure safe medication management and compliance with organizational, CLIA, OSHA, and nursing standards
- Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Support quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and accurate clinical documentation
- Supervise nursing staff performance, scheduling, and professional development
- Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive clinical environment
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Associate degree in nursing required
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of management experience preferred
- Experience in mental health preferred
Licensure/Certification:
- Registered Nurse, licensed in Missouri required
