Assessment Clinician
Department: Open Access
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Union - Old Highway 50 East
Compensation: $36.29 - $39.29 / hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for individuals accessing care.
- Determine service needs and coordinate client enrollments across multiple programs.
- Provide brief therapy and develop treatment plans where applicable.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Support the Open Access process by guiding referral flow and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation per agency and state standards.
- Provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed services to diverse populations.
- Respond to walk-in behavioral health crises.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required
- PLPC, PLMFT, or LMSW in Missouri required
- LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Missouri preferred
- At least three (3) years’ experience preferred
- Working knowledge of DSM-5 required
- Are passionate about making behavioral health services more accessible in rural communities.
