We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is preferably fluent in Spanish and thrives in a team-oriented environment. This role blends relationship-driven service with sales production, including cross-selling and account rounding. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with clear performance goals and strong leadership support. No license is required to start, and we cover 100% of licensing costs.

Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English a bonus

Responsibilities
- Sell new insurance policies and assist prospects with coverage options
- Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and coverage reviews
- Provide excellent customer service while building strong client relationships
- Process policy updates, payments, and documentation accurately
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage when appropriate
- Follow up with leads and support the team with daily office tasks
