Sales Support Administrator

Description
The role of Sales Support Administrator is responsible for working closely with and supporting the Commercial Director and downlines on administrative matters. He/she will focus on supporting the sales and clinical functionals in handling task such as organizing internal/external event, arranging the necessary logistics for clinic activities, managing contracts, preparing internal reports and any supporting documents needed by the respective functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Office administration and supporting the local team as needed.
- Organize internal and external events
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Support sales team on any logistical arrangements for clinic activities
- Raise purchase request/purchase orders, monitor processing, progress and payments
- Support quotation, contract generation and contract submission
- Prepare internal reports and supporting documents as needed
- Support new vendor onboarding process
- Coordinate and arrange travel for team members
- Any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned, including claims submission
- Participate in special projects and/or training when requested
- Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
- Supporting National Sales Manager in generating daily reporting and simple data analysis.

- High school diploma is required; any additional university degrees are a plus
- Has minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge or experience in salesforce.com, SAP and MS Office application preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skills, result oriented
