Description
Key Responsibilities
· Draft, edit, review, and oversee the publication of internal communication documents and programs that support the organization, including intranet content, flyers, emails/memos, webcasts, and speeches.
· Ensure all communications are accurate, clear, and appropriate before dissemination
· Campaign Coordination:
· Organize and manage logistics for communication campaigns requested by various departments.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure message alignment.
· Support and follow up on employee engagement surveys and recognition campaigns.
· Maintain updated employee databases for communication purposes.
· Channel Management:
· Oversee internal communication channels (Bright Sign, Email, Printed Material, etc.) to maximize reach and effectiveness.
· Graphic & Video Design:
· Design basic graphic materials for internal communication purposes.
· Video Edition and creation for Articulate Project.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure message alignment.
· Support the implementation of organizational culture initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
· Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications or related areas.
· Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premier, Ai, Canva, PowerPoint).
· Strong writing and proofreading skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
