We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. You will prospect and develop new business, educate clients on coverage options, and create tailored solutions that protect families and assets.

  • Base pay of $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
  • Commission and bonus opportunities

  • Fully in-office for initial 6 month training/onboarding period then opening up to a hybrid remote schedule with flexibility

Requirements
  • Strong interest in sales and customer service
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new leads for auto, home, life, and other insurance products
  • Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional Allstate products and services
  • Perform policy reviews for existing clients to ensure proper coverage
