Jaguar Land Rover Orland Park is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an opportunity to represent two of the most recognized luxury automotive brands while working in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.


Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through a high-end, consultative vehicle purchasing experience. From initial contact to delivery, your focus will be on building relationships, maintaining strong product knowledge, and consistently executing follow-up to drive results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in selecting the right Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle based on their needs
  • Deliver a professional and transparent sales experience from start to finish
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, text, and email
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of active opportunities
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and current inventory
  • Work collaboratively with management to structure and finalize deals
  • Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
