What You’ll Do:

Support the Service Advisors in daily operations and customer interactions

Greet clients, assist with vehicle check-in, and ensure a smooth intake process

Communicate service updates to customers via phone, text, and email

Coordinate vehicle movement between service lanes, technician bays, and the car wash

Prepare repair orders and ensure documentation accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area

Assist with loaner vehicle coordination and key management
What We’re Looking For:

Prior automotive or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Familiarity with BMW vehicles or Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus
