Back to jobsSupport the day‑to‑day operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in line with standard processes
Work closely with operational teams to ensure correct system usage and accurate data capture
Identify, log and escalate WMS or reporting issues impacting service, productivity or data integrity
Produce accurate daily and shift‑based performance reports and dashboards
Validate KPI data, highlighting anomalies, inconsistencies or risks
Maintain reporting discipline, documentation and agreed KPI definitions
Support investigation into performance variances, service failures or KPI misses
Provide structured data extracts and analysis to support root‑cause identification
Assist in preparation of performance packs for operational and customer forums
Act as the systems and reporting point of contact for the assigned shift pattern
Attend operational briefs to provide visibility of data, performance trends and risks
Support continuous improvement of reporting accuracy, usability and efficiency
Support the Systems & Reporting Manager with any additional tasks as and when required
