Define and drive the Sales Strategy for Belgium, fully aligned with Group and Cluster objectives.
Lead, structure, and continuously improve the Belgian sales organization, enabling teams to deliver strong sales performance and customer engagement.
Validate, challenge, and monitor business and action plans developed by Sales Managers and Account Managers, ensuring execution excellence.
Drive volume growth, acquisition and development of key customers, and diversification through maritime, value added services, inland solutions, digital products, and cross selling within the CMA CGM Group.
Coach, support, and develop Sales Managers and Executives, building strong commercial capabilities, engagement, and future talent.
Implement and use management and performance tools (incl. CRM) to monitor effectiveness, discipline, and results, and proactively initiate corrective actions when needed.
Actively represent CMA CGM Belgium within the maritime and logistics ecosystem, building a strong external network and participating in relevant industry events and associations.
Report transparently on performance, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders (Trade, Cluster CCO, GM, ERO, HO).
Ensure consistent execution of the Belgian commercial strategy while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
