  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Familiarity with PO processes, invoicing, and financial systems (experience with Medius/APOC considered an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience supporting QHSE documentation or reporting is an advantage
