Allocate tasks and manage workflow to maintain steady inbound throughput
Ensure inbound volumes are processed accurately, safely and on time
Reinforce safety, standard work and quality checks at all times
Escalate issues, delays or constraints to the Inbound Shift Manager promptly
Provide day‑to‑day coaching, guidance and supervision to associates
Support onboarding, training and buddying of new starters
Monitor attendance, timekeeping and basic performance issues
Contribute to structured shift handovers and accurate reporting
Identify inefficiencies and supporting continuous improvement activity
Support the Inbound Shift Manager with any additional tasks as and when required
