Supporting customer governance, audits and performance deep‑dives with defensible data
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting automation, insight and system capability
Leading and developing a team of systems & reporting leads across shifts
Partnering closely with operations, planning, IT and client stakeholders
Supporting the Senior General Manager with any additional tasks as and when required
