Maintaining robust people data management in line with GDPR and company governance
Supporting onboarding, leavers, absence administration and people reporting
Managing site purchasing, requisitions, cost coding and administrative cost control
Providing validated data to support accurate customer invoicing
Producing accurate administrative and operational reports for site governance forums
Supporting internal, external and customer audits with accurate documentation and evidence
Identifying administrative risks and implementing corrective actions
Leading, coaching and developing the site administration team
Driving continuous improvement, standardisation and process efficiency
Support the Senior General Manager with any additional tasks as and when required
