Manage all MHE training, certification and refresher requirements with full audit readiness
Monitor training performance, compliance and speed to competence KPIs
Support site audits, client compliance checks and corrective actions
Analyse, forecasts and anticipate training demand and align to labour planning
Lead, coach and develop a dedicated site training team
Support the Senior General Manager with additional tasks as and when required
