Customer Service Representative

Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries on space, bookings and shipment status within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal systems, processes and best practices.
  • Coordinate booking changes, at-risk shipments and capacity management to optimise liftings.
  • Liaise with overseas agents and internal teams to resolve operational or documentation issues.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice disputes, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare reports, schedules and customer communications, including service updates.
  • Build strong customer relationships while promoting services and contributing to continuous improvement and high service standards.
