Your tasks:
- Sector Authority: Orchestrates the expansion of Lingoda’s footprint within the healthcare and eldercare sectors, leveraging deep industry insights to position Lingoda as a mission-critical partner
- High-Value Acquisition: Drives the full sales lifecycle for Tier-1 accounts, utilizing sophisticated social selling and executive-level outreach to penetrate complex healthcare networks
- Pipeline Architecture: Independently develops and refines prospect frameworks that ensure a robust, high-conversion pipeline aligned with long-term commercial objectives
- Consultative Selling: Delivers high-impact product presentations and bespoke solution designs that address the specific regulatory and operational pain points of healthcare providers
- Partnership Stewardship: Manages a high-profile client portfolio, evolving transactional relationships into long-term strategic alliances through proactive value delivery
- Executive Liaison: Serves as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers, providing expert-level guidance and ensuring Lingoda’s solutions are integrated into the client’s core talent strategy
- Feedback Integration: Synthesizes complex client feedback and market shifts into actionable insights for the executive team to influence future product and sales direction
- Strategy Co-Creation: Collaborates with Marketing and Product leadership to architect lead-generation campaigns that resonate with the nuanced needs of the medical sector
- Operational Excellence: Sets the benchmark for sales best practices, CRM hygiene, and data-driven decision-making within the B2B team
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Facilitates alignment between SDRs, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, high-quality journey for all enterprise healthcare clients
- Knowledge Transfer: Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for the team, providing high-level deal coaching and sharing advanced negotiation strategies to elevate the collective performance
- Team Enablement: Spearheads internal training initiatives and workshops to deepen the team’s understanding of the healthcare landscape and industry-specific sales cycles
- Culture of Excellence: Models a high-performance, ownership-driven mindset, serving as a professional North Star for the wider commercial organization
You bring to Lingoda
- Successfully completed university degree or equivalent commercial qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in Health Care
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across written, verbal, and digital channels
- Fluent German language skills at C2 level, and strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Confident, professional demeanor and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at various levels
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline and customer management
- Structured, independent working style with a high level of initiative, ownership, and reliability
- Expertise in educational technology, workflow automation, and scalable process design.
- Familiarity with the German healthcare system and its structures, including work experience with the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA)
