Product Realization Manager

The Product Realization Manager enables and helps drive consistent execution of product and material developments and changes across Oliver Healthcare Packaging (“Oliver”). It focuses on how product developments and changes are translated from initial intent into validated and standardized solutions, through effective application of regulatory insights, design control, change control, and cross-functional collaboration. The position takes a consultative approach, helping various technical commercial contributors apply regulatory and quality requirements in a practical and proportionate way throughout development and change processes. It requires a technically strong, hands-on individual, familiar with the specific regulatory and quality requirements of healthcare packaging, who can operate effectively in a matrix environment, bring structure to complex work, and support delivery of practical, high-quality outcomes.
