Job Description:
The Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking materials, supplies, and
equipment required for o􀆯shore drilling operations. They ensure that materials are properly
stored, documented, and issued in accordance with safety and operational standards to
support continuous o􀆯shore activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, verify, and document incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage storage areas, ensuring materials are organized, labelled, and stored safely.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel as per approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
• Coordinate with onshore warehouse and procurement teams
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and documentation.
• Support safety procedures during material handling and storage.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 5 years related experience in jack up/o􀆯shore drilling rig operations materials
coordination work
• Have certificate, diploma or degree in related field
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and hazardous material handling.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Fit for o􀆯shore work
