Broker Sales Manager – Individual Health – DWTC

Job purpose

• Due to the rapid growth of our Individual business we are looking for a Broker Sales Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our distribution partner relationships, growing our new business and ensuring the delivery of targets.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Grow and Manage relationships with the Broker segment.

• Achieve KPIs across Sales.

• Communicate effectively with the team and management.

• Presentations to distributions partners.

• Training and development of both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide Regular reporting and information around key metrics.

• Actively support all team members and provide resource to enable all goals to be achieved.

• Carry out appropriate sales activity standards as directed by their manager.

• Adheres to and maintains current understanding of compliance requirements and organizational policies & procedures.

Experience Required:

• Experience with distribution relationship management.

• 3 years (plus) sales and health insurance experience is preferred.

• Strong system navigation and Microsoft application skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.

• Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing solutions.

• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workload to meet individual and team targets.
