Part Time Scrub Technician

Location: Naples, FL 34103

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part Time Scrub Technician to join our fast-paced Operating Room (OR) team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a scrub technician and a strong understanding of sterile technique to ensure patient safety and efficient surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile field and surgical instruments during procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical team by passing instruments and supplies as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols.
• Set up operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies prior to surgery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the OR environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a scrub technician in an OR setting.
• Strong knowledge and application of sterile technique.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred but not required.

Work Schedule

Part time position with flexible hours based on OR scheduling needs.
