Area Production Manager (Adhesives)

What you´ll do Lead and manage three production departments, ensuring full achievement of cost, quality, safety and sustainability targets. Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the assigned production areas, applying Lean principles and best operational practices. Ensure strict compliance with all safety, environmental and quality standards, promoting a strong safety culture within the teams. Coordinate and co lead projects within the scope of the production areas, from planning to execution and follow up. Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations Work physically on site in Montorn è s , maintaining direct presence on the shop floor and close interaction with the production teams.
