Boeing Distribution, Inc.Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is seeking an Associate Program Management Specialist to support reporting, analytics, and program execution in Charleston, SC.
This role focuses on data‑driven program management, analytics automation, and cross‑functional coordination to support business planning, commitment tracking, and leadership decision‑making. The successful candidate will apply strong analytical skills, emerging AI capabilities, and program management fundamentals to improve visibility, efficiency, and compliance across Distribution programs.
This position supports the development, integration, and execution of program management processes aligned with business goals and enterprise standards.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to support business objectives, including sourcing strategies, cost imperatives, deployment analysis, and impact mitigation.
Support reporting and analytics strategies for Boeing Distribution C&E, including the collection, organization, validation, and visualization of program and business data.
Apply data analytics and AI‑enabled tools (e.g., automation, predictive insights, dashboarding) to enhance reporting accuracy, cycle time, and decision support.
Coordinate and clarify analyses with cross‑functional business partners to validate results, define scope, and support long‑range business goals and business case development.
Support coordination of program commitments with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with approved strategies.
Identify risk and opportunity potential, support mitigation planning, and refine business cases in collaboration with senior team members.
Maintain program status information within established management systems, ensuring visibility of customer, supplier, and internal commitments.
Ensure follow‑up and issue resolutions to support compliance with plans and schedules.
Prepare and support leadership reviews, approvals, and decision forums through data‑driven insights and clear communication.
Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, including analytics, digital, and AI communities, to align best practices and leverage emerging capabilities.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ year of experience supporting program management, business operations, or analytics in a professional environment
1+ year of analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting data
1+ year of experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/analytical tools
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a structure environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation tools to business or program management use cases
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Familiarity with Boeing program management processes, systems, or best practices
Experience building or maintaining dashboards, automated reports, or analytics pipelines
Exposure to supply chain, distribution, or aerospace operations
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership
Experience collaborating with enterprise analytics or digital transformation teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $65,000.00 - $92,000.00
