Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Digital Risk & Security Governance team, supporting delivery across a range of team activities.
This role plays an important part in ensuring effective risk governance by coordinating, progressing, and completing structured risk and compliance activities; maintaining high-quality documentation; and supporting timely outcomes across the team.
The role suits someone who enjoys working within defined frameworks, managing multiple work items, and applying sound judgement to progress actions, resolve issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive activities through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and triaging incoming requests, and coordinating activities from initiation through to completion
- Supporting Technology Risk processes, including maintaining registers, tracking actions, and supporting review and attestation activities
- Coordinating Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), including issuing assessment materials, collecting and reviewing supporting artefacts (e.g. data flow information and agreements), scheduling discussions, tracking actions, and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting Security Risk Assessment activities through coordination, documentation management, follow-ups, and monitoring of review timeframes
- Administering client and internal questionnaires, including managing inputs, follow-ups, and supporting reporting and distribution processes
- Maintaining compliant documentation, while applying judgement to resolve issues, escalate risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to support consistent delivery and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: technology risk, security, privacy, compliance, or risk operations within a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and confidently engage with a range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA)
