Job Description
PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Apparel/Fashion Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in presales, consulting, industrial software, CAD environments, or manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of fashion manufacturing workflows and/or cutting room processes
• Experience with CAD solutions is a must
• Ability to assess customer workflows and identify opportunities for operational improvement through technology
• Strong consultative, analytical, and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to translate technical workflows into business value and customer outcomes
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence both operational users and leadership teams
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting software, SaaS, or digital workflow solutions
• Experience with Gerber Accumark or similar CAD solutions strongly preferred
• Exposure to Industry 4.0, digital transformation, or connected manufacturing initiatives
• Experience in customer-facing technical sales, solution consulting, or process consulting
• Familiarity with Lectra solutions or adjacent fashion technology ecosystems
• Business fluency in English
• Spanish is a plus
TRAVEL
• The position is based in Smyrna, GA, USA. Hybrid schedule 3/2 (3 days office-based / 2 days remote)
• There will be 20 – 30% of travel to customer sites/Lectra offices.
