Description
- Lead the design and development of engaging training across eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats
- Turn complex business or compliance topics into clear, learner-friendly content
- Design full programs and learning paths that support associate and leader development
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify needs and build meaningful learning solutions
- Facilitate training sessions, especially for programs you develop
- Manage and optimize ACA’s LMS to support the delivery, tracking, and maintenance of learning programs
- Build and manage courses, curricula, and learning paths
- Maintain system accuracy and support a strong learner experience
- Create dashboards and reports to track participation and learning impact
- Partner with leaders to solve business challenges through training and development
- Establish strong standards for instructional design, structure, and quality
- Mentor and support other team members
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs
- Contribute to scalable processes, documentation, and best practices
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in a professional or corporate environment
- Strong experience creating eLearning using Articulate Storyline or similar tools
- Experience designing and managing large or complex learning programs
- Experience owning or leading end-to-end learning programs (not just individual courses)
- Experience facilitating training in classroom or hybrid environments
- Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Proficiency in visual design and graphic best practices, with the ability to create clean, engaging learning materials
- Experience developing instructional videos or multimedia learning assets
- Cornerstone OnDemand
- Finance and/or auto lending experience
- Experience designing leadership development or competency-based programs
- Experience mentoring others or serving as a senior team resource
