Job Description
Identifying hazards and assessing risks, including chemical, physical, and process-related hazards Developing, implementing, and reviewing environmental health and OHS management plans Monitoring and managing programs to minimise workplace and environmental impacts Leading root-cause analysis for significant WHS/EHS non-conformances and providing high-level risk ratings to support data-driven decision-making Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, customers, and vendors regarding inspections and EHS data Managing worker's compensation claims and return-to-work process About you: Tertiary qualification in Environment, Health & Safety (or equivalent work experience) 2-4 years experience advising on safety and health in a high-hazard environment; exposure to environmental compliance is highly regarded Demonstrated capability in WHS incident investigation and return to work processes Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across South Australia and the Northern Territory as required What We Offer Paid Parental Leave - 12 weeks for primary carers, 6 weeks for secondary carers Health Benefits - BUPA discounts for you and your family Wellbeing Support - Access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Financial Tools - Tailored superannuation sessions to support your financial future Career Growth - Ongoing learning and internal promotion pathways Interested?
