Job Description
- Provide day to day leadership and oversight of staffing partners, gig based providers, and in program suppliers, ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, drive accountability, and partner on improvement initiatives aligned with HR and business priorities.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with suppliers to enable timely fulfilment, responsiveness, and compliance across all service lines.
- Ensures all contingent workers meet legal, tax, and employment regulations, reducing risks associated with misclassification.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to HR and business leaders that support workforce planning and reduce out of program spend.
- Analyze trends, risks, and demand signals to influence workforce mix, budget decisions, and sourcing strategies.
- Improve transparency through effective reporting, dashboards, and governance forums.
- Continuously refine contingent labour processes to simplify workflows, increase adoption, and enhance user experience.
- Own and maintain end to end standard operating procedures covering requisition creation, onboarding, timekeeping, extensions, and offboarding.
- Support enterprise wide enhancements across processes, technology, and reporting aligned to strategic talent goals.
- Design and deliver scalable training, guidance, and communication materials that make contingent hiring processes easy to understand and consistently applied.
- Partner with Service Line leaders to understand workforce needs, recommend appropriate contingent solutions, and develop action plans to meet hiring and productivity goals.
- Drive adoption of approved tools, processes, and suppliers across the business.
- Act as the primary escalation point for vendor performance issues, worker concerns, and process breakdowns.
- Identify root causes, resolve issues in collaboration with HR, Legal, and vendors, and implement preventive controls and improvements.
