Sr. Events Coordinator

Plans, coordinates, and executes signature enrollment events for prospective and admitted students including Campus Preview Days, Admitted Student Days, virtual events, Counselor Fly-Ins, and similar activities under the direction of the Assistant Director, Enrollment Events. Coordinates and performs a variety of duties which may include vendor selection and management, event registration and communications, schedules and timelines, guest arrangements such travel and accommodations, venue set up and tear down, catering, audio/visual services, and invoices. Collaborates closely with campus partners involved with enrollment events including campus venues, academic partners, student groups, and more. Supports recruitment efforts across the Enrollment Management division, as needed. Supervises day-to-day tasks of student event workers. Assist with managing and organizing event supply inventory with support from student workers. Assist with event reporting and basic budget tracking. Provide input and recommendations for future event enhancements and refinements. Maintains best-practice knowledge of enrollment event strategy within the higher ed industry. Physical and Environmental Requirements Ability to lift/move/transport up to 25lbs. Knowledge, Skills Abilities Ability to: Offer a warm, friendly experience for event guests.
