Role Description
We are especially seeking candidates for leadership opportunities who want to grow with us. This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Remote Sales Manager will meet virtually with potential clients, educate clients on various plans, answer questions, and process documentation to close sales. The Remote Sales Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and developing lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Presenting and explaining a suite of products and benefits packages over Zoom to warm lead clients
- Engage families to explain options to protect the family in the future.
- Update reports, records and other organizational tools to accurately report progress
- Complete the program sales applications
- No cold calling, prospecting, or paying for leads
- Actively recruit, mentor, train your team
