Senior DevOps / Observability Engineer – AI Runtime & Platform Monitoring
About the role
Twoday is looking for an experienced DevOps / Observability Engineer to help drive observability and monitoring in modern cloud-native and AI-assisted platforms.
We are moving towards a more agentic development model, where AI services and automated workflows become an integrated part of the platform. As a result, observability, telemetry and runtime monitoring are becoming increasingly important.
You will work with:
observability in Kubernetes platforms
logging, tracing and telemetry pipelines
monitoring AI workloads and agentic services
performance, operations and incident handling in distributed systems
Responsibilities
Build and maintain observability platforms
Work with logging, metrics and distributed tracing
Monitor cloud-native and AI-related workloads
Support stable operations and incident response
Collaborate closely with development and platform teams
Optimise performance and reliability in production
We expect you to have experience with
ELK/OpenSearch or similar observability stacks
Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry
Kubernetes and container platforms
CI/CD and cloud-native operations
Linux and automation
Incident handling and troubleshooting in production environments
It is an advantage if you also have experience or interest in:
AI observability
Telemetry pipelines for AI systems
Tracing agentic workflows
Runtime monitoring of AI platforms
Requirements
Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken
Ability to work onsite in Copenhagen as required. Currently, for this particular client, it is only possible to work from remote Wednesday only, and you will be required to work onsite the rest of the time
