Senior Communications Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced communications professional to strengthen Corporate Communications as a business-critical function during a period of transformation and organizational change.

This role will drive internal and leadership communications, support strategic initiatives, and strengthen digital, social, and external communications.

As part of a small, high-impact team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the role, ways of working, and broader communications agenda.

Key Responsibilities

As 3Shape’s new communication partner, you will be responsible for leading communications efforts both internally and externally, translating strategic priorities into clear, engaging communication across channels. In doing so, you will work with various stakeholders across the entire organisation and contribute both strategically and hands-on across communications activities, including development of written communication materials and content.

Among other things, your responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage internal communications for key business topics, including strategy updates, organizational changes, and performance communication

• Develop communication plans and scalable communication packages for global use, supporting visibility and storytelling across digital platforms

• Advise and enable senior leaders ahead of internal and external events, and develop leadership communication materials such as town hall scripts, talking points, Q&As, messaging, press releases, and articles

• Develop written content and drive presence across corporate social media and external communication channels

Profile & Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in corporate communications, ideally within global organizations

• Strong background in internal, leadership, and external communications

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and actionable communication

• Experienced in supporting communication in changing and fast-paced environments

• Experience with digital communication, corporate social media, and content development across channels

• Strong business understanding, strategic communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, structured and pragmatic, with high integrity and solid advisory capabilities

• Comfortable contributing broadly in a small team environment with high ownership, accountability, and a hands-on mindset
