Job Description

We are seeking a highly independent and motivated Office All-Rounder to join our clinical research company as an integral part of our office operations. This position requires a full-time presence in the office and offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of office management, administration, communication, security, and facilities management. 

This position offers a 1-year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance

The scope of responsibilities will include:

  • Overall Office Management
    • Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities services
    • Receive and route all incoming calls, greet visitors, handle incoming inquiries, couriers
    • Provide basic maintenance of office equipment
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
    • Assist with business travel arrangements including booking documentation, and expense processing
    • Provide secretarial support, prepare reports, photocopying, shredding etc.
  • Communication
  • Administration support
    • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and other departments, as instructed
    • Support signature flow for non-operational documents
    • Prepare all supporting documentation for the need of purchase and procurement procedure
    • Organize business events and meetings
    • Support filing and processing of documents
    • Assist on-boarding process of new hires
    • Prepare and submit pass-through reports in compliance with the corporate policies
    • Execute 3rd Party vendor payments
    • Support in cash management
    • Assist in asset management
  • Office Security, health and safety
  • Other assignments, as necessary

Qualifications

  • Work experience in office management, administration, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full working proficiency in Korean and English
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative when necessary
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
