Job Description
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews by posting jobs on relevant platforms, reviewing CVs against defined criteria, and scheduling interviews in coordination with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring processes.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication, providing timely updates, and creating a welcoming interaction throughout the hiring journey.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation by preparing offer letters, collecting pre-joining documents, and ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct and coordinate engaging orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, processes, and tools, ensuring a strong and structured start.
- Help create a seamless experience for new joiners by coordinating with internal teams (IT, Admin, etc.) to ensure readiness of workstations, system access, and resources from day one.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems by ensuring all employee information, contracts, and documents are properly filed, updated, and compliant with internal standards.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes by supporting communication, ensuring understanding among employees, and maintaining consistency in application.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities while ensuring proper documentation and process adherence.
- Update HRIS and maintain accurate employee data by regularly entering and validating employee information, changes, and records to ensure data integrity
- Prepare basic reports and trackers using Excel such as headcount reports, onboarding status, and recruitment trackers to support HR planning and decision-making
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain records by scheduling sessions, managing attendance, and ensuring proper documentation of training activities
- Assist in execution of learning initiatives by supporting training delivery, collecting feedback, and tracking completion of assigned learning programs.
Qualification, Experience and Other requirement
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience

Strong communication, coordination skills and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools (Zoho people, workday etc)
