Senior Product Manager - Public Sector

As a senior Product Manager within our Public team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke solutions for clients in the public sector. You will translate the sometimes complex requirements of clients and tenders into feasible and integrated solutions by proposing and deploying the various products and services we offer within our Bnode group. You will take the lead on public tenders: from analysis and pricing to drawing up quotations and securing approval from internal committees. Once a tender is awarded, you will also oversee the implementation of the solution at the client’s premises as part of a project. Furthermore, you will monitor market developments, ensure compliance with regulations and contribute to the development of more scalable and reusable solutions for public sector clients, working within an agile methodology. Your responsibilities As a true project manager, you will define and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders. Translate the needs of (prospective) clients into concrete product features and user stories; Work closely with the Product Owner to set priorities for development; Ensure coordination between business, IT and operational teams; Conduct market research and competitive analyses; Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement; Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies; Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
