Your mission: You will be Product Owner in the X2C Tribe where we develop all parcel delivery solutions for the small and large ecommerce companies active in Belgium. You will lead one of the four product squads, being responsible for a clear product portfolio, ensuring its attractiveness, profitability and bringing the innovations that allow to capture new market opportunities. As a PO your primary goal is to define, prioritize, and deliver high-value digital and operational solutions for the businesses and end consumers. Your responsibilities: · Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals. · Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business value. · Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. · Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. · Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine the product. · Monitor key performance indicators and optimize product features accordingly. · Work in an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. · Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring an excellent user experience.
