Job Description
The Expert Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional and international brand and transformation projects aimed at strengthening, protecting and operationalising the group brand as a strategic asset. The role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of major brand initiatives (e.g. rebranding, brand governance implementation, portfolio optimisation), ensuring alignment with the group brand strategy and delivering measurable impact on brand value, reputation and business performance. Projects typically span the mid-term (1–3 years) and involve multiple stakeholders across business units, countries and functions. Key Responsibilities : Scope Definition Project Structuring Translate group brand strategy into clear project scope, objectives and deliverables Define and manage scope throughout the project lifecycle Identify, prioritise and structure business and brand needs across entities Establish governance, roles and responsibilities within a matrix organisation Planning Delivery Management Develop high-level roadmaps and detailed project plans Define milestones, timelines and dependencies across teams and markets Ensure timely delivery of all project phases and outputs Coordinate multi-country rollouts and implementations Resource Budget Management Manage project budgets (± 500K EUR) and contribute to broader brand budget optimisation Allocate resources (internal teams, agencies, tools) based on strategic priorities Coordinate and manage external partners (creative, media and branding agencies) Identify synergies and efficiencies across projects and entities Quality Assurance Risk Management Define and enforce brand standards and quality criteria Ensure consistent brand application across all touchpoints and markets Identify risks (reputational, operational, strategic) and implement mitigation plans Define and monitor KPIs related to brand performance and project success Team Leadership Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams (marketing, communication, GTM, external partners) Motivate and align teams around a shared brand vision Organise and monitor project activities and deliverables Stakeholder Management Communication Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders Manage relationships with senior stakeholders (ExCo, BU leaders, country management) Ensure alignment and buy-in for brand initiatives and strategic decisions Provide regular reporting on progress, risks and outcomes Delivery, Evaluation Continuous Improvement Ensure successful implementation and adoption of brand initiatives Deliver complete project documentation and governance frameworks Evaluate project outcomes and business impact Capture learnings and continuously improve processes and methodologies
