- Leads global cross-functional teams to develop, align, and execute customer account strategies, ensuring coordinated delivery across business units, regions, and functions.
- Owns the end-to-end execution of global account strategy, driving alignment, accountability, and results across a complex, matrixed organization.
- Develops and implements business plans to achieve strategic objectives, maximizing sales, revenue, profitability, and Murata’s position in the global Hyperscaler/CSP market.
- Acts as lead negotiator during global engagements, leveraging strong problem-solving, influence, and communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitates global pricing strategy and coordination with product divisions and overseas affiliates to ensure competitive and consistent market positioning.
- Drives the design-win pipeline and long-term growth by aligning internal stakeholders and customer priorities.
- Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives across sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver account outcomes, resolve execution challenges, and accelerate progress.
- Supports product roadmap planning by capturing and translating the voice of the customer (VOC) into actionable insights for internal teams.
- Drives new product development engagement by coordinating engineering teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with customers.
- Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
