Compensation: $70,000 / year
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, municipal, and contractual requirements.
- Maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and controls.
- Conduct internal audits, file reviews, and risk assessments.
- Manage billing workflows tied to grants, contracts, and reimbursement models.
- Ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness.
- Maintain internal and external data systems and software platforms, including Apricot, Salesforce.
- Ensure high-quality data integrity across programs.
- Prepare reports for funders, partners, and internal leadership.
- Work closely with SR Data & Project Manager to ensure correct data entry, reporting, and methodology for data dashboards, reporting, and impact measurement.
- Assist in data and deliverables that track enrollment, outcomes, compliance, and impact metrics.
- Use data to drive program performance improvement.
- Monitor and track deliverables, performance metrics, and reporting timelines.
- Support grant-writing and renewals with data and program insights.
- Improve cross-program workflows, communications, and systems.
- Develop and update SOPs and operational documentation.
- Support staff training, supervision, and onboarding in operational areas.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in operations, grants or contracts, compliance, and/or program administration.
- Strong understanding of grant compliance and workforce documentation requirements for public contracts
- High attention to detail and ability to implement systems and standard operating procedures
