Job Description

Job Summary : SEACORP is seeking Sensor Technicians at various levels. The Technician performs troubleshooting and repairs on circuit cards, modules, and assemblies used in U.S. Navy Navigation systems. This person plays a critical role in keeping high-value electronic systems operational by diagnosing and repairing inertial systems such as: Fathometers, Depth Detectors, Dead Reckoning Indicators, Electromagnetic Logs, NAVAIDs (Synchro Amplifiers, Binoculars, Compasses), Digital and Analog Repeaters – Panel and Pelorus support. Job Responsibilities Include: Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on legacy inertial navigation systems and support equipment onboard Navy ships to include submarines. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic components in accordance with NAVSEA and DoD technical manuals. Problem-solving and critical thinking for troubleshooting complex issues. Communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with engineers and customers. Familiarity with U.S. Navy maintenance procedures, Navy drawings, and MIL-STD documentation preferred.
